  A GB lightweight International in the 1980's with NCRA, now owner and MD of Oarsport since the company was established in 1990, between myself and my team at Oarsport, we can boast an immense wealth of experience at all levels of rowing. Over the years we have used, abused and succeeded with all of the superb equipment we now supply with confidence to the rowing community.

  Joined Oarsport in 1997, a former oarsman, now keen ironman triathlete, golfer and fly fisherman, especially enjoy working at regattas and meeting customers, and using my extensive oar repair knowledge.

  Terry O'Neill

  Three times Olympic coach Terry O'Nell joined the company in 1999 to develop the boat sales part of the business. From a lowly start he has developed a comprehensive European distribution network taking Wintech to the No 1 slot as Europe's largest boat supplier.
