Blade colours are available at an additional cost of £20.00 per blade and an approximate 10 week lead time will apply. There is no additional charge for the standard white.

Shaft Type Info

Ultralight material is our standard shaft construction which now replaces our original construction shafts which were heavier, as the Ultralights are by far the more popular choice. Shaft stiffness is an option, but medium stiffness is suggested and supplied as standard. The stiff and soft shaft option we would only supply after consultation with the customer, so please call to discuss.

Consult the guideline rigging chart for you to determine which adjustment length range is most suitable for your height and rig, depending on the boat type you scull in. If you have a special requirement i.e. a minimum or maximum length you wish to achieve that is not suggested in our options, please call us to discuss.

Handle Info

For adjustable sweeps the standard composite handles are one size (but tapered) and are supplied with either the green rubber or new blue cellular foam grips. Wooden handles come in three diameter options of which the Medium 4.2cm diameter is the most popular option.

Grips Info

The green rubber grip is the most popular and durable choice. The new blue cellular foam is a softer 'grippier' feel but to maintain these properties need to be cleaned often to remove dirt build up, but as a preventative measure we suggest hands are washed thoroughly before each outing.
