Overview
The SpeedCoach XL1 gives you control over every aspect of your workout. You select what you want to see in the five data windows of the large clear display. The built-in clock makes sure you get off the water in time for breakfast. Front-mounted buttons are easy to use while rowing, and easy to understand because they're context-sensitive. Start, stop, and reset the timer with just one button. Program workouts in seconds with the simple menu format, and store up to five workouts with names you'll remember. Get in-depth, stroke-by-stroke analysis of your performance with the flexible 1000-point memory. Use the optional interface and software to save your performance data and a running log to assess what you've done, and how you've improved. Use the backlight as much as you need to - the rechargeable batteries will provide 25 hours of use even with constant backlight, and will recharge in less than three hours.
The SpeedCoach XL1 uses the proven accurate NK impeller technology, and mounts on any existing SpeedCoach harness with no modifications.
