RowLog

The RowLog section of our site is an on-line training diary for both athletes and coaches to monitor training and performance. Build up a comprehensive diary of your training disciplines for yourself or your coach to analyse. Following analysis you can adjust your regime to suit the event you are training for, or if for interest only, compare week on week, month on month, year on year and again adjust your training to suit seasons, injuries, weather conditions, weaknesses etc. The ability to add notes to the Row Log allows for noting if a piece of work was a test, a race, or a particular or favourite route on a run for instance where the actual distance is not known.

It is a secure system so only you and/or your coach (or anyone else you choose to access your log) can input information or analyse your training. This is a great tool for anyone who is not always in contact with their coach and by altering your regime from one period to the next, it can highlight what disciplines help you improve your times on the water.
